The new low profile cooler from Thermalright is 153 x 140 x 60mm and weights 475g. Fins are 0.5mm with a 2.0mm gap between them. The base is made of nickel plated C1100 pure copper.
The AXP-200 will be sold with a 140mm fan, but we think it might have a chance at cooling 35W CPUs passively. Overall, a very exciting new product from Thermalright.
