Intel uses passive cooling to fix the NUC

It's common knowledge that the original NUC case can be not only noisy but also quite toasty. Intel's Product Change Notification #112432-00 (07/11/2013) confirms a new 9.5mm thermal pad on the bottom cover to enhance the thermal design.
