Launched at $29.99 the most affordable fanless CPU cooler is now only $12.99 (on par with its European price). The Alpine 11 Passive should do wonder with the 35W i5-6400T which is also a steal right now at $149 (please note that the i5-6400T is a tray CPU and doesn't come with Intel's retail box).
