The M66 is probably the cheapest fanless desktop case - and it does feel a little rough around the edges - but it's certainly ingenious. According to its manufacturer the M66 is virtually universal, and will fit any recent mini-ITX or Thin mini-ITX motherboard.
Available with three or six copper heat pipes, the case's cooling capacity is announced at 55W and even 77W TDP. This sounds wildly optimistic to us given its size (200 x 216 x 66 mm) and weight (under 2 kg) but we want to believe.
