It may look spectacular, but the Nofan CR-80EH is vastly inferior to the original CR-95C. As noted by Matthew Foster over at Fully Silent PCs, performance is average at best with the 65W 2400G.
"AMD Ryzen 5 2400G It is not the easiest CPU to cool. The NoFan CR-80EH does a good job with the 65 W TDP chip, but it isn't 100% solid. Using Prime95's torture test, it will throttle itself to keep it from overheating. It will idle in the 40s and 50s °C, and will be in the 60s and 70s °C during medium and large workloads."
More than ever, 35W TDP is the way to go.
