Thermalright's Silver Arrow IB-E Extreme is strikingly gorgeous. Sold as an actively-cooled supercooler, the 8-heat pipes dual tower is most likely a better fanless option than the Alpine 12 Passive. There's nothing wrong with the Arctic product (in fact we love it). Just don't expect the ultimate cooling from a $13 heat sink.
