Check out this fun and a little rudimentary build from Taiwan, based on ASRock's DESKMINI A300 and featuring the 35W Athlon 200GE. Made of thick aluminum plates the case is doing an okay job while browsing the web and 1080p playback (55°C - 60°C) but cannot prevent thermal throttling under heavy load. A larger chassis, or at least some cooling fins would have helped.
