Now is the perfect time to experience silent computing. Building a passively-cooled computer has never been so easy. You'll just need the Akasa Euler chassis, an 8th Gen NUC, reliable memory, solid-state storage, and an hour or two of your time. Fans are noisy and prone to failure. Just get rid of them, and never look back.
