Noctua's highly-anticipated fanless CPU cooler has been pushed back to Q1 2021. Although disappointing, it's totally understandable given the pandemic and the sheer complexity of such a project.
For instance, the heat sink will feature thick cooling fins that require expensive new tools and manufacturing process. This cooler will be a milestone for passive cooling, and needs to be perfect.
