Between the upcoming $100+ Noctua cooler (125W TDP) and the $10 Alpine 12 Passive (35W TDP) there's probably some room for a $50 option designed for 65W CPUs. The last $50 fanless CPU cooler was the deeply flawed ZALMAN FX70, there's definitely a market for such a product if things are done properly.
