Thermalright's new dual-tower will be available in Europe in May for the rather low price of 60 euros. According to our friends over at ComputerBase, the supercooler offers similar performance to the Noctua NH-D15 in active mode. Passively, we're pretty sure that it compares favorably to two popular fanless CPU coolers (namely Nofan's CR-80EH and Arctic's Alpine 12 Passive) thanks to its sheer size, mass (1 kilo) and four 8mm nickel plated copper heat pipes.
