ASRock is the last manufacturer to consistently release fanless "Atom" motherboards, and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. ASRock Europe tells us that Jasper Lake motherboards are indeed in the works, and will be available in Q4 2021. A board with DC power jack would be amazing, 300W+ ATX power supplies make very little sense for such low power solutions.
