The Thermaltake Core V21 isn't the first case we would use for a passive build, mostly because of the not-so-perfect PSU placement, but the folks over at Inside-Tech are having great results with it. In other great news, the Noctua NH-P1 handles the 65W i9-10900 just fine: "AIDA 64 stress tests have the i9-10900 sitting at 72 degrees after 10 hours."
