Intel and AMD just unveiled a wide range of low-power processors for desktop and mobile use. Intel is rolling out its heterogeneous Alder Lake platform while AMD is showcasing its Ryzen 6000 range (6nm Zen3+). Many of these SKUs could find their way into the NUC and various fanless PCs, although availability may vary. Semiconductor shortage is still a thing, and we're only moderately optimistic for 2022.
