The ECS LIVA Z3 is a passively-cooled Jasper Lake NUC available for $194.88. The mini desktop features the 6W Celeron N4500, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of eMMC storage (M.2 SSD socket available) an array of seven USB ports (including one Type C), HDMI 2.0, and mini DisplayPort. Basically, the fan is removed with no apparent effort to provide functional passive cooling. While far from perfect, the ZOTAC ZBOX CI331 is a much better option, if you ask us.
