Founded in 2017 Turemetal is known for its eye-catching and sometimes over-the-top HTPC chassis. $800 cases are certainly a niche within a niche. Unfortunately, products went from hard to find to impossible to find, and new cases (including highly anticipated vertical ones) didn't materialize. More troubling, the brand went silent on social media.
We reached out to the brand's owner and mastermind
Mical Wong for a comment, and the company did experience major supply chain and distribution problems. However, all is not lost. Turemetal will be back. Mical is working in research and development, and new products will be released soon. Stay tuned.
