We don't really care about the MeLE Quieter. Mostly because of its plastic heat sink case, a first (and hopefully last). But it's a popular machine, that's for sure. Turns out cooling can be improved substantially by placing a cheap heat sink over it. Surprisingly, no thermal paste or thermal pad are needed. Check out Patriot Astro's video below.
