The Intel NUC launched in 2012. What a ride! From the early Sandy Bridge Celeron model to the powerful Serpent Canyon, the NUC saw an impressive number of iterations, including passive ones. Initially the diminutive PC was not taken seriously but the transition to 28W CPUs made it a legit desktop replacement. To celebrate this milestone, Intel brought all models for the Paris launch of the turbocharged NUC 13 Extreme.
