ARCTIC tells us that the most affordable fanless CPU cooler is in the process of being discontinued. The Alpine 12 Passive launched in 2018 and was available between $12 and $15. This little cooler was awesome but limiting it to processors up to 47W TDP was problematic, considering the lack of availability of Intel's 35W range. A 65W version would make more sense.
