The low-power i9-13900T and five other 35W Raptor Lake processors are now available from Caseking. These include the i3-13100T, i5-13400T, i5-13500T, i5-13600T, and i7-13700T. Intel's desktop T-series is notoriously hard to find, which is a shame considering that it's perfect for passive builds. At 35W these chips don't even require flagship fanless cases and CPU coolers. Most can be passively cooled inside smaller chassis like the Akasa Euler or paired with affordable heat sinks like the Scythe Ninja 5 (in the right enclose).
