TDP is so confusing now. Base Power, Maximum Turbo Power, Minimum Assured Power, it's getting hard to keep track of all the thermal guidelines. OEMs who are using the same exact heat sink cases for years are facing some significant problems temperature-wise. Nothing that a massive aluminum heat sink simply placed on top of the case can't fix, though.
