Friendly reminder: This passive CPU cooler from Supermicro or even its copper counterpart are not really passive CPU coolers. They are designed for very active server chassis. They don't handle an Intel NUC in passive mode, let alone a 65W desktop processor. Passive cooling is not that hard to achieve, simply use appropriate tools and methods when building a fanless PC.
