After the disappointing Intel N100-powered PN42 (which runs HOT), ASUS went back to the drawing board for the PN43. This new Alder Lake-N fanless mini PC is now larger (166.2 x 119.7 x 33.9 mm) which hopefully means better cooling. The PN43 will be available as a Windows 11 Pro machine or as a barebone (bring your own RAM and storage).
"The ultracompact ASUS ExpertCenter PN43 Mini PC is powered by an Intel® processor N100, N200 & N97 with Intel UHD Graphics and is designed to easily handle a wide variety of home and business applications. PN43 can support up to three displays, or two 4K displays, simultaneously for efficient multitasking. Plus, it can be specified with up to two 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports, and offers wide- ranging connectivity with up to seven USB ports plus an additional configurable port for either DisplayPort™ 1.4, VGA, COM, HDMI®, or USB Type-C with DP1.4 options."
