We love copper. Copper exhibits higher thermal conductivity than aluminum but it's certainly not magic. "Passive" 1U CPU coolers sold on Amazon and eBay are designed for actively cooled servers and absolutely do not work in a desktop build. "I bought this heatsink for the experiment, its not enough to cool down the 5800x3d because of the hot 3d cache I even put a 38mm fan 120mm and it's still not enough. Don't waste the money on that."
